About Our Greenhouse

Delphi Valley Greenhouse was established and has been a part of the Olympia Farmers Market since 1993. 

 

Our business began out of the back of a 1985 Ford pickup with a canopy. The plants were slid in and out of the back using a pole with a bolt inserted in the end to grab flats of plants. What a lot of back-breaking work! An upward extended canopy with shelves was added few years later utilizing plywood and shelving and stairs! (it looked pretty silly going down the road but at least we could stand up!)

 

We have since graduated to a very appreciated cube van with a lift gate. During the months of April, May, and June, racks of prepared plants are driven daily to the Olympia Farmers Market, returned home each evening and replaced with fresh plants for the following day.

 

We grow everything locally in our 3 - 3,000 sq ft greenhouses and sell at our greenhouse location and at the Olympia Farmers Market. Stop by for a visit!
