Terms & Conditions

Delphi Valley Greenhouse warrants that plants you purchase from us shall be free from defects and pests. If you receive a defective plant Delphi Valley Greenhouse will replace with a substitution available at the greenhouse or refund the purchase price, at Delphi Valley Greenhouse's option. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Delphi Valley Greenhouse shall in no event have any liability for defects in or damage to products in or in connection with which Delphi Valley Greenhouses products are cared for or used, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein: and no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any warranty or merchantability of fitness shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser.

 

Return of a defective plant shall be delivered by purchaser to Delphi Valley Greenhouse within 7 days of purchase. In the absence of such return, purchaser will be deemed to have waived all such claims.
